矿渣垫层法是处理软弱地基的有效方法之一。此种方法可以就地取材处理三废之一的矿渣,施工方法简便,造价低廉,能适应地基土的性质,对局部地基处理效果更佳。这种垫层,能起压力扩散,排水固结作用,减少基础沉降。本文结合一幢十层建筑物工程的设计,参考国内有关资料,对矿渣垫层法的理论设计和现场载荷板试验进行了分析比较。为建筑物要求地耐力在20~T/平方米以内的工程设计提供参考
The slag mat method is one of the effective methods to deal with weak foundations. This method can be used on the spot to process the slag which is one of the three wastes. The construction method is simple, the construction cost is low, and it can adapt to the properties of the foundation soil. The treatment effect on the local foundation is better. This kind of cushion can play a role in pressure diffusion, drainage and consolidation, and reduce foundation settlement. Based on the design of a ten-story building project and the relevant domestic data, this paper analyzes and compares the theoretical design of the slag cushion method and the field load plate test. Provides reference for the engineering design required for building endurance within 20~T/m2
