在不圆度的测量中,由于放大的记录图形,相对于实际轮廓产生了“畸变”,所以实际轮廓与测量结果的记录图形在形状上是有差别的,这一点必须引起我们的注意。在记录图形上计算不圆度的数值时,首先要确定理想圆的位置。这种理想圆,可以是一对同心圆包容实际轮廓;此同心圆的大圆与记录图形至少有两点(A,B)接触,小圆与记录图形至少有两点(C,D)接触。且大圆上的接触点(A,B)与小圆上的接触点(C,D)彼此相间。如图3所示。
In out-of-roundness measurements, “distortion” occurs relative to the actual contour due to the magnified recording pattern, so the actual contour and the recorded pattern of the measurement result differ in shape, which must be brought to our attention. When calculating the value of out-of-roundness on a recorded graph, first determine the position of the ideal circle. This ideal circle can be a pair of concentric circles to accommodate the actual contour. The circle of concentric circles is in contact with at least two points (A, B) of the recorded pattern, and the small circle is in contact with at least two points (C, D) of the recorded pattern. And the points of contact (A, B) on the great circle and the points of contact (C, D) on the circle are in phase with each other. As shown in Figure 3.
