本文检测了75例乙肝后肝硬化患者及44例对照组的APOB、APOA_(-1)、Sch、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG。结果:肝硬化患者以上各项值均较对照组显著下降(p<0.01)。其中APOB、APOA_(-1)、Sch、HDL-C值与胆红质浓度上升呈负相关,而与白蛋白浓度的下降呈正相关。提示该检查能较准确地反映肝细胞损害的严重程度,可作为判断肝硬化病情及预后的辅助手段。
This study examined APOB, APOA _ (- 1), Sch, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG in 75 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis and 44 controls. Results: The above values of cirrhotic patients were significantly lower than those of the control group (p <0.01). The values of APOB, APOA (-1), Sch, HDL-C were negatively correlated with the increase of bilirubin concentration, but positively correlated with the decrease of albumin concentration. It is suggested that this test can reflect the severity of liver cell damage more accurately and can be used as an adjunct to judge the condition and prognosis of liver cirrhosis.
