文章提出了基于可穿戴智能产品的发展及现状,通过对服务设计和用户黏度相关基础理论的研究,建立用户黏度研究模型。首先对运动健康类可穿戴智能产品用户需求进行调研,利用Kano模型对用户需求深入分析,进而提出增强用户黏度的设计原则。把服务设计的设计思维及设计方法应用到可穿戴智能产品的生态系统上,将有助于形成可穿戴智能产品的用户黏度。
Based on the development and current situation of wearable smart products, this paper proposes a research model of user viscosity based on the research on the basic theory of service design and user viscosity. First of all, we investigate the users’ needs of wearable smart products in sport and health, and make an in-depth analysis of the user’s needs by using Kano model. Then we put forward the design principles of enhancing the user’s viscosity. Applying the design thinking and design methodology of service design to the ecosystem of wearable smart products will help to create user viscosities for wearable smart products.
