在奥托昆普矿山公司经营的最新矿山埃农科斯基(Enonkoski)镍矿中,投产后立即配备了一套由奥托昆普矿山公司研制的CAD系统,用于编制地下矿开采计划。开采计划系统的最主要的功能是:矿床及样品的地质阐述;矿样数据处理(makingof ore assay);采场与采准工作的设计;以及开采效益的评估。引入开采计划系统后,使已有的基本地质信息的运用与矿样数据处理作业大为改观。系统使计划工程师可以作出多种方案的开采计划,并从中择优。由于计划加快,使矿井在价格与成本变化时可以按最优状态作业。本文的第一部分介绍埃农科斯基矿与其矿床的基本情况。第二部分全面介绍伊农科斯基矿应用的计划系统。最后探讨系统使用经验。
Immediately after commissioning, a new CAD system developed by Outokumpu Mining Company was commissioned at the Enonkoski nickel mine, the newest mine operated by Outokumpu Mine Company, for the preparation of an underground mining program. The main functions of the mining planning system are: geological description of deposits and samples; making of ore assay; design of stope and acquisition work; and evaluation of mining benefits. After the introduction of the mining planning system, the operation of existing basic geological information and ore sample data processing have been greatly improved. The system enables planners to plan and select from multiple plans. As the plan is accelerated, mines can operate optimally as prices and costs change. The first part of this article describes the basic situation of the Enonkoski mine and its deposits. The second part provides a comprehensive introduction of the planning system for the application of the Ivanskoye Mine. Finally, the system experience.
