在企业道德建设中,“官德”是成败的关键。企业领导的职业责任、职业良心、职业纪律和道德风貌具有很强的示范性和导向性,“官德”不兴,事业无成。“官德”建设一靠教育和监督,二靠自律、自省、自警、自励。在“官德”中,我认为以下三点最为重要: 一是心地正直,办事公道。心地正直是做人的根本原则。只有心地正直无私,才能公正、公平、公开。心正才能身正,自身正方能正别人。企业的凝聚力、向心力,无不来源于领导者的公正开明。无数事实说明,领导者用心公正,即使出了失误,也是无心之过,最终会被舆论所宽容;如果领导者心术不正,即使按常规办事也会引起不必要的猜测、怀疑和纠纷。

In “official morality”, I think the following three points are the most important: First, be honest and act in a fair manner. Heart integrity is the fundamental principle of life.
