近三十年来,国际教育正在倡导“以学生为中心”的教学模式,特别是职业教育方面表现更为突出。职业教育的目标是培养具有综合职业能力的高素质技能型、创新型人才,以就业为导向、以学生为本并提倡学生全面发展的职业教育理念要求职业院校不断地改革和创新教学模式。时下,翻转课堂成为教育改革热议的话题之一。本文首先对翻转课堂进行理论分析,重点对具体的教学设计流程进行细化分析,并对翻转课堂的实际应用进行了反思总结。
For nearly three decades, international education is advocating a “student-centered” teaching model, especially in vocational education. The goal of vocational education is to cultivate high-quality skilled and innovative talents with comprehensive occupational skills. The concept of vocational education that is oriented by employment and student-centered and advocates the all-round development of students requires that vocational colleges continuously reform and innovate teaching models. Nowadays, turning the classroom into one of the hot topics in the education reform. In this paper, we first make a theoretical analysis of the flip classroom, focusing on the detailed analysis of the specific teaching design process, and reviewing the practical application of the flip classroom.
