目的:研究强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的X线平片、CT及核素显像表现及其早期征象。材料与方法:对103例强直性脊柱炎累及髋关节的病例进行平片检查,其中23例做了CT和核素显像检查,并与平片作对照研究,总结其表现,并对三者的相互关系作统计学分析。对强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的CT及核素显像表现进行了分期。结果:髋臼囊变为强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的早期表现。CT对囊变的检出率明显高于平片(χ2=14.06,P<0.005)。核素显像表现为髋关节的核素浓聚(t=8.63,P<0.001),核素浓聚程度与CT期次呈正相关。结论:强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的早期表现为髋臼囊变。
OBJECTIVE: To study the X-ray, CT and radionuclide imaging manifestations and early signs of hip joint disease in ankylosing spondylitis. Materials and Methods: 103 cases of ankylosing spondylitis involving hip joint plain film examination, of which 23 cases of CT and radionuclide imaging examination and comparison with plain film to summarize its performance, and the three For statistical analysis. CT and radionuclide imaging of hip arthroplasty in ankylosing spondylitis were staged. Results: The acetabular capsule became an early manifestation of hip joint disease in ankylosing spondylitis. CT cystic change was significantly higher than the plain film (χ2 = 14.06, P <0.005). The radionuclide imaging showed the accumulation of radionuclide (t = 8.63, P <0.001). The concentration of radionuclide was positively correlated with CT stage. Conclusion: Ankylosing spondylitis is an early manifestation of acetabular capsulorhexis.
