针对山脚树矿21108回风巷支护后产生的变形过大,依据耦合支护技术的设计思想,对山脚树矿21108回风巷现有支护中锚杆、锚索的支护参数进行了优化,计算得到了新的基于耦合支护技术的合理支护方案,并通过数值模拟的方法对优化方案及原始方案进行对比分析.研究结果表明:耦合支护设计不但有利于围岩的稳定,同时可以改善岩体的自身承载能力,优化后的合理支护方案比原方案的支护效果要好,巷道变形得到有效控制.
Aiming at the deformation of 21108 return airway in Shanjiao tree mine, the deformation of the tunnel is too large. Based on the design concept of coupling support technology, the supporting parameters of the existing anchor bolt and anchor cable in 21108 return airway A new reasonable support scheme based on coupling support technology is calculated and optimized, and the optimization scheme and the original scheme are compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the design of coupled support is not only conducive to the stability of surrounding rock, At the same time, the self-bearing capacity of rock mass can be improved. The optimized supporting scheme is better than the original scheme and the deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled.
