为了对退役复合固体推进剂中有效成分进行回收利用,研究了以水作为提取介质提取氧化剂组分高氯酸铵(AP)的工艺条件。探讨了各工艺参数对AP提取率的影响规律,用扫描电子显微镜对提取前后物料的形貌进行表征。结果表明,提取温度、时间及药片厚度是影响A P提取率的主要因素,搅拌速率对AP的提取率基本无影响。适宜的提取工艺条件为:提取温度为80℃,时间为6h,料液比为1∶5,药片厚度为2 m m,提取次数为2次。采用水作为提取介质提取复合固体推进剂中的A P,提取率可达87%以上。
In order to recycle the active ingredients in decomposing solid propellants, the technological conditions of extracting ammonium perchlorate (AP) with water as the extraction medium were studied. The influence of process parameters on the extraction rate of AP was discussed. The morphology of the material before and after extraction was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that extraction temperature, time and tablet thickness were the main factors affecting the extraction rate of AP. The stirring rate had no effect on the extraction rate of AP. The suitable extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction temperature was 80 ℃, the time was 6h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1: 5, the thickness of tablets was 2 m, the number of extraction was 2 times. Using water as extracting medium to extract AP in composite solid propellant, the extraction rate can reach more than 87%.
