欧当归(Levisticm officinale)是一种药用植物,其根的精油及浸膏广泛用于香料行业。国内引种已有多年,曾对其挥发性及非挥发性成分做过研究.但有关其头香化学成分的分析尚未见报道。为此我们对欧当归的头香进行了研究。
Levisticm officinale is a medicinal plant whose root oils and extracts are widely used in the perfumery industry. Domestic introduction has been for many years, and it has been studied on volatile and non-volatile components. However, no analysis has been reported on its chemical composition. To this end, we studied the top notes of the European angelica.
