针对笔者开发并于目前广泛应用的连铸坯固定辊连续矫直技术,采用曲梁理论对矫直应变进行了研究。针对某钢厂直弧形板坯连铸机的连续弯曲、矫直改造,计算了矫直曲线曲率以及坯壳固液相界面处的矫直应变,并与原来使用的多点矫直的结果进行了对比和分析。研究表明采用曲梁理论计算矫直应变的方法是合理的,现场实际应用效果表明通过采用连续矫直技术降低矫直应变的速率对提高连铸坯质量以及产量都有很重要的意义。
Aiming at the continuous straightening technology of continuous casting slab which is developed by the author and widely used at present, the straightening strain is studied by using the curved beam theory. The research shows that it is reasonable to use the theory of curved beam to calculate straightening strain. The practical application shows that it is very important to improve the quality and yield of continuous casting billet by adopting continuous straightening technology to reduce the straightening strain rate.
