一、炉房板的改进为防止因炉底板错位,氧化皮掉入下部搁丝槽,引起电阻丝短路,我们对炉底板接头处作了改进。图1是75kW箱式电阻炉底板的接头形式,在接头处设计了接灰槽。这样当底板错位时,掉下的氧化皮落入槽内,避免了电阻丝短路。图2是75kW箱试电组底板的另一种接头形式。接头设计成扣槽式,可使底板块与块之间牢固的结合在一起,不会因装出工件而造成错位。
