目的　探讨老年人结肠癌梗阻手术处理的有关问题。方法　回顾性分析 42例 6 0岁以上结肠癌梗阻病人外科治疗的临床资料。结果　 42例均采用结肠癌一期切除吻合术。术后并发症及死亡 16例 :吻合口瘘 4例 ,肺部感染 5例 ,尿道炎 6例 ;手术后死亡 1例 (2 4% )。结论　对老年结肠癌梗阻的病人 ,只要加强围手术期处理 ,选择适当的手术时机 ,完善麻醉及术中心肺功能的监测 ,细致的手术操作 ,梗阻性结肠癌的一期切除吻合是可行的 Objective To investigate the related problems in the treatment of colorectal cancer obstruction in the elderly. Methods Retrospective analysis of 42 cases of surgical treatment of colorectal cancer patients over the age of 60 years of clinical data. Results All 42 cases were treated with primary resection and anastomosis of colon cancer. Postoperative complications and death in 16 cases: anastomotic leakage in 4 cases, lung infection in 5 cases, urethritis in 6 cases; 1 case died of surgery (24%). Conclusion As long as the patients with elderly colon obstruction are undergone perioperative management, it is feasible to select the appropriate timing of operation, improve the monitoring of anesthesia and intraoperative pulmonary function, and meticulous operation, and the one-stage resection and anastomosis of obstructive colon cancer
