一、前言在广泛用于空气监测,废气控制、化工流程控制及实验室分析的红外线气体分析仪器中,构成工作室与参比室的气室是仪器的心脏部件。见图1。它是由从中央铣开的精制铜管,装上同种材料的隔板组焊而成的两个气密小室。两气室的尺寸精度、光洁度、对称性及气密性都直接影响仪器的分析性能。因此,仪器的技术条件规定,在组焊前气室内壁及隔板两平行表面的光洁度应加工

Preface In the infrared gas analyzer widely used in air monitoring, exhaust gas control, chemical process control and laboratory analysis, the gas chamber that forms the working room and the reference room is the heart part of the instrument. see picture 1.
