本文考察具有挑战性意义的盗版问题,它贯穿于电影、法律、市场、道德、创造性和民主等领域,并且这些领域之间也构成相互交叉的关系。全球媒体产业对非法的电影盗版作出过许多严厉的谴责,指出对盗版必须严加控制以至取缔。对这些言论我不想多发表意见,因为我感兴趣的是电影盗版在中国所引发的“互文本性”(intertextuality)和“语境性”(contextuality)方面的问题。互文本性和语境性这两个概念的核心意是其词根“文本性”
This article examines the challenging issue of piracy, which runs through areas such as film, law, marketing, ethics, creativity and democracy, and these areas also form cross-cutting relationships. The global media industry has done many harsh condemnations of illegal film piracy and pointed out that piracy must be strictly controlled and even banned. I do not want to make any comment on these remarks because I am interested in the issues of “intertextuality” and “contextuality” caused by movie piracy in China.
