南昌市某工厂车间地坪,由于回填土是黄土状亚粘土,具有湿陷性,在受水(雨水、生活污水)的侵蚀后,发现混凝土面层与碎石垫层有1~7cm的缝隙,个别地方达15~20cm。从地表面看有些房间面层已有明显的下沉,严重的下陷达6~7cm。经实地勘探和研究后,我们采用灌浓水泥浆的处理方法。结果既填充了缝隙,又将塌陷的面层抬平、恢复到原来的水平面上,效果良好。具体做法如下: 1、钻孔:在面层上用冲击电钻(Φ22mm钻头)打眼,采用梅花状布孔,孔距、排距为3~4m。然后在孔中插入6/8″铁管(外露20cm左右)作为注浆管以便接进浆胶管。
