1981—1990年用 IR 系统、BG 系统等水稻品种作亲本,配制杂交组合382个,将杂种 F_1用作辐射育种的材料,育成皖稻25等19个新品种。结果表明:水稻杂交材料在辐射育种中具有特殊的利用价值,往往表现出突变频率高、突变谱宽等特点。
From 1981 to 1990, 382 hybrid combinations were made from rice varieties such as IR system and BG system, and hybrid F1 was used as radiation breeding material to cultivate 19 new varieties such as Wandao 25. The results showed that rice hybrids had special value in radiation breeding and often showed the characteristics of high mutation frequency and broad mutation spectrum.
