目的了解25Gy137cs射线辐照后对高海拔地区保存期内的悬浮红细胞的影响,确定出适合本地区的辐照悬浮红细胞的保存有效期。方法将20袋悬浮红细胞在密闭状态下平均分装成2袋(1 U)并分成辐照组(经25Gyr射线辐照)与未辐照组,与不同时间检测2组悬浮红细胞细胞外K+、Na+、上清液游离血红蛋白(FHb)含量及溶血率。结果随着储存时间的延长,2组悬浮红细胞储存14 d时FHb(1.40±0.05)g/L、K+(48.6±1.85)mmol/L,均有所提高,而Na+有不同程度的减少,溶血率在规定储存时间内符合要求,并且随着储存时间的延长2组悬浮红细胞各检测指标辐照组与未辐照组之间存在显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西宁地处高海拔地区,由于红细胞脆性较大,因此库存的悬浮红细胞,经25Gyr射线辐照后,有效期控制在辐照后<10 d,其输注效果最佳。
Objective To understand the effect of 25Gy137cs radiation on the suspension of erythrocytes during the storage period of high altitude and to determine the shelf-life of the irradiated suspension erythrocytes suitable for this area. Methods Twenty bags of suspended erythrocytes were evenly divided into 2 bags (1 U) in sealed condition and divided into irradiation group (irradiated by 25Gyr ray) and non-irradiated group, and the changes of extracellular K + Na +, supernatant free hemoglobin (FHb) content and hemolysis rate. Results With the prolongation of storage time, FHb (1.40 ± 0.05) g / L and K + (48.6 ± 1.85) mmol / L were all increased in the two groups of stored erythrocytes for 14 d, while Na + decreased to some extent. The rate of compliance with the required storage time, and with the extension of storage time 2 groups of test indicators of erythrocytes irradiation group and non-irradiated group there was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Xining is located in the high altitude area. Due to the high fragility of erythrocytes, the stock suspension of erythrocytes, irradiated by 25Gyr ray, has an effective period of less than 10 days after irradiation and has the best infusion effect.
