目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检在骨肿瘤诊断的作用方法对17例患者的超声引导下穿刺活检结果与影像学、术后组织病理学诊断结果进行对照分析结果穿刺诊断骨巨细胞瘤8例,影像学诊断骨巨细胞瘤12例,符合率为66.7%,术后病理证实9例,符合率为88.9%术后病理证实骨囊肿2例,骨纤维异常增殖症2例,肺癌转移1例,骨肉瘤2例,与穿刺诊断结果相同影像学诊断动脉瘤样骨囊肿1例,未穿刺出血样液体影像学诊断股骨近端转移癌1例,经穿刺诊断为肺转移癌影像学诊断骨纤维异常增殖症1例,穿刺诊断2例,符合率为50%影像学诊断骨肉瘤1例,穿刺诊断2例,符合率为50%1例影像学、穿刺活检、术后病理均诊断为骨囊肿结论超声引导下穿刺活检骨肿瘤诊断率高,是骨肿瘤明确诊断的较好选择
Objective To investigate the role of ultrasound-guided biopsy in the diagnosis of bone tumors.Methods Thirteen patients with ultrasound-guided needle biopsy, imaging and histopathological diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results 8 cases of giant cell tumor of bone The diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone in 12 cases, the coincidence rate was 66.7%, postoperative pathology confirmed 9 cases, the coincidence rate was 88.9% postoperative pathology confirmed 2 cases of bone cysts, 2 cases of fibrous dysplasia, lung metastasis in 1 case, flesh and blood 2 cases of aneurysm were diagnosed as the same as puncture diagnosis, 1 case of aneurysmal bone cyst was diagnosed by imaging, 1 case of proximal femur metastasis was diagnosed by liquid imaging without puncture, and lung metastases were diagnosed as biopsy 1 case of puncture and 2 cases of puncture. The coincidence rate was 50%. Imaging diagnosis of osteosarcoma in 1 case, puncture diagnosis in 2 cases, the coincidence rate of 50% in 1 case of imaging, biopsy and postoperative pathology were diagnosed as bone cyst Conclusion Ultrasound Guided biopsy bone tumor diagnosis rate is a clear diagnosis of bone tumors a better choice
