太行山低山石质丘陵区多处于山西背斜东部边缘,花岗岩、片麻岩、砂岩等广泛分布,物理风化层较厚,但土层较薄,一般小于30cm。该区山场面积大,光热资源丰富。年平均气温7.4—13.9℃,大于0℃的积温为3479—5900℃;年均降水500—600mm,无霜期180—200天,对发展经济林具有得天独厚的条件。但阳坡太阳直射,受热量大,土壤墒情差,肥力不足,不利于林木的生长。采用爆破技术进行大规格高质量的水平梯田整地,可以扩大土壤容量因素,聚集地表迳流,是石质低山丘陵区发展经济林生产切实可行的技术措施。一、自然概况和试验方法
