针对中国石油吉林石化乙二醇厂乙二醇装置反应器入口环氧乙烷浓度高,夏季生产过程中装置不得不降负荷生产,同时装置200#脱碳单元碳酸盐中MEG浓度超标易发泡,再生塔冷凝水排放水中COD偏高时常引起装置11#线COD偏高的问题,工厂组织进行了系统分析,分析查找问题根本原因,最后决定从源头治理实施了环氧乙烷洗涤塔T-115改造。改造后反应器入口环氧乙烷浓度恢复到正常控制范围,运行一年来平均运行浓度不足原来的1/4,碳酸盐中MEG浓度降至原来的1/7,再生塔冷凝水排放COD浓度降至原来的1/4,装置COD浓度下降60mg/L,汽提塔蒸汽使用量降低0.8t/h,年增加效益1700余万元,装置洗涤塔改造经验值得同类装置借鉴。
