重构光场的相位是光学干涉计量的基础和难点,相移技术是其中重要的方法,但相移误差在实验中是很难回避的,从而引起相位重构出现误差,所以如何消除或减少相移误差对相位重构的影响是受普遍关注的问题。文章分析了在常用的四步相移中相移误差对相位重构的影响,给出了相移误差与相位重构误差的关系式,并提出了一种在离轴数字全息情况下,先通过条纹拟合计算相移误差量,继而修正重构相位误差的方法。文章给出了模拟计算和实验结果,证明该方法是有效的。
Reconstruction of the phase of the light field is the basis and difficulty of optical interferometry, phase shift technology is one of the important methods, but the phase shift error in the experiment is difficult to avoid, resulting in phase reconstruction error, so how to eliminate or reduce The effect of phase shift error on phase reconstruction is a matter of universal concern. This paper analyzes the influence of phase shift error on phase reconstruction in the commonly used four-step phase shift, and gives the relation between phase shift error and phase reconstruction error. In the case of off-axis digital holography, The fringe fitting is used to calculate the amount of phase shift error and then the method of reconstructing the phase error. The article gives the simulation results and the experimental results, which prove the method is effective.
