目的探讨成本低,效果好的金属气管套管清洗消毒方法。方法 2010年8月-2011年7月将临床回收的气管套管144套,随机分3组并做好标记,分别采用传统的清洗煮沸法、全自动清洗机清洗法和超声波超声+手工清洗法,将每组清洗后的气管套管在无菌操作下采样,送细菌培养,比较清洗消毒效果。结果超声波超声+手工清洗法最佳,全自动清洗机清洗法次之,而手洗煮沸消毒法最差。结论超声波超声+手工清洗消毒是最佳的清洗气管套管方法。
Objective To investigate the low cost, good effect of metal pipe cleaning and disinfection methods. Methods A total of 144 tracheal cannulas were collected from August 2010 to July 2011. The tracheal cannulas were randomly divided into three groups and labeled. The traditional method of cleaning and boiling, automatic washing machine cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning + manual washing , Each group after cleaning the tracheal tube in aseptic sampling, send bacteria culture, more cleaning and disinfection. Results ultrasound + manual cleaning method is best, followed by automatic washing machine cleaning method, and hand-washing the worst disinfection method. Conclusion Ultrasound + manual cleaning and disinfection is the best way to clean the tracheal tube.
