我们曾报道,单独的外周神经的C类纤维传入能在猫的体感皮层(SI)诱发一个特异的C类纤维皮层诱发电位(C-CEP),它可被镇痛药度冷丁和吗啡所抑制;电刺激大脑皮层前外侧回联合区(ALA)能对C-CEP产生明显的抑作用。本实验拟静脉注射阿片受体拮抗剂纳洛酮,观察对C-CEP和电刺激ALA抑制C-CEP作用的影响,以便探讨内源性阿片样物质在此过程中的可能作用。 实验方法 实验用猫10只,体重1.5~2.5公斤,雌雄不拘。手术在氯醛糖麻醉和三碘季铵酚制动下进行。切开头皮,开颅,暴露右侧大脑皮层后乙状回(SI区)和前外侧回联合区。分离左侧隐神经,结扎并剪断其外周端。在近中端分别放置刺激电极、银一氯化银阻断电极和记录电极,以便分别作电刺激隐神经、阻滞隐神经A类纤维传导和记录隐神经动作电位之用。电刺激ALA用两极同心圆电极。实验过程的其他处理步
We have reported that afferent C-fiber importation of peripheral nerves induces a specific C-cell-cortical evoked potential (C-CEP) in the cat’s somatosensory cortex (SI), which can be induced by analgesics Inhibition; electrical stimulation of the anterolateral conjunctiva (ALA) of the cerebral cortex had a significant inhibitory effect on C-CEP.
