[目的]研究碱敏感性鱼藤酮水凝胶的制备及其释放性能。[方法]以O-羧甲基壳聚糖(O-CMCS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料制备水凝胶并包埋鱼藤酮,缓冲液模拟不同pH值环境测定其控释性能。[结果]在15~37℃范围,水凝胶平衡溶胀度随着温度提高而呈现显著的增大趋势,但仍具有碱性敏感性。此外,温度对水凝胶中的鱼藤酮释放速率影响显著,对最终释放量影响不显著。在pH值为2、4、7.5、8.5、10的缓冲液中,鱼藤酮最适释放pH值为8.5,与昆虫中肠pH值相近,大于高等动物胃液及多数农牧业生态系统水体pH值。[结论]表明该碱敏感性鱼藤酮水凝胶在生产应用上具有实际价值,在降低鱼藤酮对高等动物及鱼类的风险上具有积极作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the preparation of alkali-sensitive rotenone hydrogel and its release performance. [Method] The hydrogels were prepared from O-CMCS and PVA and embedded in rotenone. The buffer was used to simulate the controlled release properties under different pH environments. [Result] In the range of 15 ~ 37 ℃, the equilibrium swelling degree of hydrogel showed a significant increasing trend with the increase of temperature, but still had alkaline sensitivity. In addition, the temperature had a significant effect on the release rate of rotenone in the hydrogel, but had no significant effect on the final release. In pH 2, 4, 7.5, 8.5 and 10 buffer, rotenone optimum release pH of 8.5, and the insect midgut pH value is greater than the higher animal gastric juice and most of the farming and animal husbandry ecosystem water pH value. [Conclusion] The results show that the alkali-sensitive rotenone hydrogel has practical value in production and application, and plays an active role in reducing the risk of rotenone to higher animals and fish.
