引黄入晋工程是从根本上解决我省水资源紧缺、维系国家能源重化工基地发展的生命工程。在这个工程中一个中外专家多次论证、却难以解决的特长型隧道的水位监测问题,被太原理工大学副校长马福昌教授发明的“感应式数字水位传感器及其系统”所解决。这项发明获得了2000年国家技术发明二等奖(一等奖空缺)。这项科技成果在我省引黄工程上的应用,可为国家节省资金1亿元。
Yellow River into Shanxi project is to fundamentally solve the shortage of water resources in our province, maintaining the development of national energy and heavy chemical industry base of life. In this project, a Chinese and foreign experts repeatedly argued that it is difficult to solve the problem of monitoring the water level of the tunnel with special features, which was solved by “Inductive Digital Water Level Sensor and Its System” invented by Professor Ma Fuchang, Vice-Chancellor of Taiyuan University of Technology. This invention won the second prize of National Technological Invention in 2000 (First Prize Vacancy). The scientific and technological achievements in the Yellow River project in our province on the application of the state can save 100 million yuan of funds.
