创新是工会管理工作不断发展的动力。在我国当前的社会环境下,工会管理工作亟须创新。这就要求工会管理者不但要有先进的文化素养、一定的创新意识也要有富有创造性的思维,从而实现在工会管理的工作中不断的探索、创新。本文重点阐述了工会管理工作应该如何进行创新的问题。
Innovation is the driving force for the continuous development of trade union management. Under the current social environment in our country, the management of trade unions is in urgent need of innovation. This requires that union managers not only have advanced cultural accomplishments, but also certain creative thinking and creative thinking so as to continuously explore and innovate in the work of union management. This article focuses on how trade union management should be innovated.
