人力资源是最重要的企业资源,人力资源管理人员的岗位胜任能力是企业高层管理者最为关注的内容之一。本文通过对人力资源管理岗位基本情况的调研,通过问卷调查、行为事件访谈等方法,分析人力资源管理人员的岗位胜任能力,为人力资源管理储备人才的培养提供依据。
Human resources are the most important enterprise resources. The competence of human resources managers is one of the most important topics for senior managers. Through the investigation of the basic situation of human resource management positions, through the methods of questionnaire survey and behavioral interview, this article analyzes the job competency of human resources management personnel and provides the basis for the training of human resources management reserve talents.
