应用99mTc-MIBI显像和99mTc-抗粘蛋白单抗(McAb)MB835/6放射免疫显像(RII)9例乳腺肿瘤两种显像,两种显像间隔2-3天。结果:①5例乳腺癌病例原发灶及其中的2例腋淋巴结转移灶,两种显像均阳性,但1例右乳腺浸润性导管癌伴右腋淋巴结反应性增生患者,99mTc—MIBI显像右腋淋巴结却呈假阳性。②良性乳腺病变4例中3例两种显像皆阴性,另1例左乳腺病伴导管上应增生,RII阴性,99mTc-MIBI显像假阳性。说明,99mTc-MIBI与99mTc-抗粘蛋白McAbRII对乳腺癌及其淋巴结转移具有临床诊断价值。
99mTc-MIBI imaging and 99mTc anti-mycoprotein monoclonal antibody (McAb) MB835/6 radioimmunoimaging (RII) were used for imaging of 9 cases of breast tumors. The two imaging intervals were 2-3 days. Results: In the 15 primary breast cancer cases and 2 cases of axillary lymph node metastases, both images were positive, but 1 patient with right breast invasive ductal carcinoma with right axillary node hyperplasia, 99mTc-MIBI imaging. The right axillary lymph node was false positive. 2 Of the 4 cases of benign breast lesions, 3 were negative for both types of imaging. The other 1 case with left breast disease should have hyperplasia on the catheter, RII was negative, and 99mTc-MIBI imaging was false positive. This shows that 99mTc-MIBI and 99mTc-anti-McAbRII have clinical diagnostic value for breast cancer and its lymph node metastasis.
