采用Abaqus/explicit有限元软件,建立了二维刚塑性热力耦合有限元模型,对TC11(Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si)/TC17(Ti-4Mo-4Cr-5Al-2Sn-2Zr)异种钛合金线性摩擦焊接过程接头应力应变场进行了数值计算,探讨了焊接过程接头应力应变场的演变规律。结果表明:摩擦过程,界面热塑性金属在周期性拉压应力作用下,被挤出摩擦界面,在飞边处,轴向承受向上的拉应力和拉应变,界面方向受到向焊件内侧的压应力与压应变;顶锻阶段,应力值增大,应变值基本保持恒定。
A two-dimensional rigid-plastic coupled thermo-mechanical finite element model was established by using Abaqus / explicit finite element software. The mechanical properties of TC11 (Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si) / TC17 (Ti-4Mo-4Cr-5Al- 2Zr) dissimilar titanium alloy linear friction welding process of stress and strain field of a numerical calculation, discusses the welding process of stress and strain field evolution. The results show that in the process of friction, the interfacial thermoplastic metal is pushed out of the friction interface under the effect of cyclic tension and compression stress. At the flash edge, the axial tensile stress and tensile strain in the axial direction are affected by the compressive stress And compressive strain. During the upsetting stage, the stress value increases and the strain value remains basically constant.
