目的探讨2型糖尿病合并外周血管病变患者的骨密度变化。方法将100例2型糖尿病患者分为无并发症组(A组)和合并外周血管病变组(B组),进行双能X线吸收法(DEXA)骨密度(BMD)测定,同时测定臂踝脉波传播速度(baPWV)及超声波颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT),并对两组患者临床数据与骨密度进行比较。结果2型糖尿病患者BMD低于同龄的非糖尿病患者;2型糖尿病合并外周血管病变患者BMD低于同年龄的2型糖尿病患者。结论2型糖尿病合并外周血管病变患者的动脉硬化可能与骨质疏松有关,二者的明确因果关系有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into non-complication group (A group) and combined peripheral vascular disease group (B group), bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry Pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and ultrasound carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT), and clinical data and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups. Results Patients with type 2 diabetes had lower BMD than non-diabetic patients of the same age. Patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral vascular disease had lower BMD than type 2 diabetic patients of the same age. Conclusions Arteriosclerosis may be related to osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral vascular disease. The clear causal relationship between the two needs further study.
