当您拿到今年第十一期刊物时,迎新年的爆竹已经噼叭作响了。我们编辑部全体同志向各位读者、作者、通讯员致节日的祝贺。在过去的一年里,我们曾力图把刊物办得更好些,内容离大家更近些,文字更引人入胜些,照片更精美些,甚至想在刊物的各个方面都力图有所突破。但是毕竟因为编辑水平有限、业务能力有限,人力有限,很多地方不能尽如人意,缺点、错误很多。我们诚恳地希望大家提出批评、意见。明年的刊物怎么办,我们有些初步的打算,除了继续分省市集中报道以外,其一是在组织报道好档案业务文章的同时,加强档案人员的精神文明建设,准备增辟《思想评论》专栏;其二是要在向社会宣传档案工作方面做些努力,准备辟有专门登载档案在两个文明建设 When you get the eleventh issue of this year’s publication, the New Year firecrackers have been sounded. In the past year, we have tried to make our journals better, with content closer to us, more engaging texts, more beautiful photos and even trying to make breakthroughs in all aspects of our publications. However, because of the limited editorial level, limited business capacity and limited manpower, many places can not be satisfactory, shortcomings and mistakes. We sincerely hope that everyone will give their opinions and criticisms. One of our initial plans, in addition to continuing to focus on provincial and municipal reports, is to organize the construction of a good archive of business articles and strengthen the building of a spiritual civilization for the archivists in preparation for the publication of the Column of Thoughts Commentary ; Secondly, efforts must be made to publicize the work of archives to the community and preparations should be made for the establishment of a special archival document in the construction of the two civilizations
