目的探索主要用于现场黄毛鼠种群年龄鉴定划分标准。方法测量捕获的黄毛鼠体重、体长、尾长等指标,采用t-检验、卡方检验、方差分析等统计方法对数据进行统计分析。结果不同臼齿年龄分组与尾长、晶体干重、上齿列长相邻两组之间差异有统计学意义,且尾长、晶体干重、上齿列长随种群年龄的增长而逐渐增加。晶体干重与体重、体长、尾长、上齿列长都有正相关。结论黄毛鼠体重、体长、尾长和上齿列长4项指标可用于现场黄毛鼠种群年龄鉴定,具有统计学意义。
Objective To explore the criteria for dividing the age of apples in the field. Methods The body weight, body length and tail length of the captured rhesus rat were measured. The data were statistically analyzed by t-test, chi-square test, analysis of variance and other statistical methods. Results There were significant differences in age groups, tail length, crystal dry weight and upper dentition length between adjacent two groups. And tail length, crystal dry weight and upper dentition length increased with age. Crystal dry weight and weight, body length, tail length, the length of the dentition has a positive correlation. Conclusion The body weight, body length, tail length and length of upper dentition can be used to identify the age group of rodents in the field, which has statistical significance.
