通过建立北京市各工业行业与大气环境和GDP的灰色关联度模型,进行关联度分析。结果表明:工业行业能源消费量在一定程度上与经济发展相辅相承、相互影响。据此,提出具体转移升级路径:1将橡胶塑料制品业和化学原料化学制品制造业转移到河北,与河北省形成产业集群效应;2保留石油加工炼焦核燃料加工业、电力热力生产供应业和黑色金属冶炼压延加工业;3对非金属矿物制品业、金属制品业、汽车制造业和计算机通讯等电子设备制造业采取半保留半转移措施;4对化学纤维制造业采取就地转型升级的措施。
By establishing a model of gray relational degree between various industries in Beijing, the atmospheric environment and GDP, the correlation analysis is carried out. The results show that the energy consumption in the industrial sector complements and affects each other to some extent in economic development. Accordingly, a specific transfer upgrade path was proposed: 1 the rubber and plastic chemical products manufacturing industry and chemical raw materials chemicals manufacturing industry transferred to Hebei, and Hebei Province to form an industrial cluster effect; 2 to retain the petroleum processing coking nuclear fuel processing industry, electric power generation and supply industry and black Metal smelting and rolling processing industry; 3 semi-reserved and semi-diversified measures for the manufacturing of non-metallic mineral products, metal products, automobile manufacturing and computer communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries; 4 measures for the local transformation and upgrading of chemical fiber manufacturing industry.
