为了探讨受力角度对螺旋型种植牙周骨界面应力分布规律的影响,本实验采用三维有限元方法,在相同载荷不同受力角度时,对单个螺旋型种植牙骨界面的应力分布特点进行了比较分析。结果表明:种植牙受力角度的增加,主要对种植牙颈周密质骨影响明显,受力角度越大,应力就越大。颈部应力与种植牙受力角度成正比。颈部位移运动随种植牙受力角度的增加而增加。侧向载荷时,以水平向危害最大。
In order to investigate the effect of stress on the stress distribution in the periodontal bone interface of spiral implants, a three-dimensional finite element method was used in this experiment to study the stress distribution characteristics at the interface of a single spiral implants at the same load and different stress angles comparative analysis. The results show that the increase of stress angle of implants mainly affects the cerclage of implants, and the larger the stress angle is, the greater the stress is. The neck stress is proportional to the stress angle of the implant. Neck displacement movement increases with the increase of implanting force angle. Lateral load, the greatest harm to the horizontal.
