目的:考察野战部队军人的应对方式特征,并探讨他们的应对方式与人格特征、自我和谐的关系。方法:采用应付方式问卷、卡特尔16人格因素问卷(16PF)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对947名军人进行调查。结果:①野战部队军人最常用的应对方式依次为退避(4.65±2.05)、自责(2.74±2.16)、解决问题(0.76±0.19)、求助(0.61±0.24)、幻想(0.44±0.24)和合理化(0.43±0.20)。②干部比士兵、士官更常用解决问题的方式应对(F=3.31,P<0.05),士兵比干部更倾向于用自责(F=3.97,P<0.05)和退避(F=4.96,P<0.05)的方式,而且士兵比士官更常用幻想的方式应对问题(F=7.16,P<0.01)。一年兵与五年以上兵相比,更常用幻想(F=4.07,P<0.01)、退避(F=4.12,P<0.01)和求助(F=2.24,P<0.05)方式。③灵活性、自律性、兴奋性、有恒性、创新性、敢为性等影响解决问题、求助等应对方式(P<0.001),而不和谐、紧张性、忧虑性、怀疑性等导致自责、退避、幻想、合理化等应对方式(P<0.001)。结论:野战部队军人应对方式有自己的特点和问题。人格特征和自我和谐影响军人的应对方式。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics of coping styles of field army soldiers and to explore their coping style and personality traits, self-harmony relationship. Methods: Nine hundred and seventy soldiers were investigated using the Coping Style Questionnaire, Cartel 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) and Self-Consistency Scale (SCCS). Results: ① The most commonly used coping styles of field army soldiers were: evasion (4.65 ± 2.05), remorse (2.74 ± 2.16), problem solving (0.76 ± 0.19), help (0.61 ± 0.24), fantasy (0.44 ± 0.24) Rationalized (0.43 ± 0.20). ②The cadres were more likely to respond to the problems than the soldiers and non-commissioned officers (F = 3.31, P <0.05). Soldiers were more likely to be blamed (F = 3.97, P <0.05) 0.05), and soldiers responded more fantastically (F = 7.16, P <0.01) more often than non-commissioned officers. One-year soldiers more commonly used fantasy (F = 4.07, P <0.01), withdrawal (F = 4.12, P <0.01) and assistance (F = 2.24, P <0.05) compared with those who were more than five years old. ③ Coping styles such as flexibility, self-discipline, excitement, perseverance, innovation and dare to be sexually influential in solving problems and seeking help (P <0.001), but not harmony, tension, anxiety and suspicion , Retreat, fantasy, rationalization and other coping styles (P <0.001). Conclusion: The ways and means of dealing with field army soldiers have their own characteristics and problems. Personality and Self - Harmony Influence the Coping Style of Soldiers.
