本文系国内首篇关于人体对天花粉蛋白免疫应答基本过程动态观察的报道。本研究对51例天花粉蛋白临床用药者定期测定了皮试反应、嗜碱性细胞脱颗粒、血清抗天花粉蛋白IgE抗体和IgG抗体的动态变化。结果发现,经肌肉途径使用结晶天花粉蛋白可刺激机体产生程度不等的特异性IgE抗体和IgG抗体生成反应,并使皮肤和外周血嗜碱性细胞在一定时间内处于致敏状态,之后这种致敏状态渐趋消退。皮试、嗜碱性细胞脱颗粒试验和血清抗天花粉蛋白IgE、IgG抗体测定间有良好的相关性,可用来预测机体对天花粉蛋白的致敏状态,特别在重复用药的,联合测定上述指标,可排除禁忌病例,以利于预防过敏反应的发生。
This article is the first report about the dynamic observation of the basic process of the human trichosanthin immune response.
