中船重工七二五所率先开展了材料深海自然环境腐蚀老化实验,成功突破了深海试验装置低功耗长期自持设计、大深度深海试验装置水下受力状态模拟分析、深海原位腐蚀检测等多项关键技术,利用自主设计研发的“近底悬浮”式深海试验装置,在我国南海海域相继开展了不同深度深海环境实验,积累了9大类40余种不同材料、不同周期的深海腐蚀老化数据,获得腐蚀数据13000余个,建立我国首个材料深海腐蚀老化数据库,并从取得的数据中揭示出材料在深海环境下的腐蚀规律。同时积累了不同深度海洋环境因素数据,探讨了材料腐蚀与环境因素之间的关系,填补了我国在深海环境中材料性能研究的空白,获得的基础数据对我国深海装备的发展具有重要的意义。
CSIC took the lead in carrying out experiments on corrosion and degradation of natural environment in deep sea. It successfully broke through the long-term self-sustaining design of low-power deep-sea test facilities, simulation of under-water forces in deep deep-sea test facilities, in-situ corrosion testing in deep sea A number of key technologies have been developed at home and abroad in the South China Sea using deep-sea experiments designed and developed by ourselves. In depth experiments in different depths in the South China Sea, more than 40 different types of materials and 9 different types of deep-sea Corrode the aging data and get more than 13000 corrosion data. Establish the first database of deep-sea corrosion of materials in China, and reveal the corrosion rules of the materials under the deep sea environment from the obtained data. At the same time, the data of marine environmental factors with different depths have been accumulated. The relationship between material corrosion and environmental factors has been discussed. The blank of the research on material properties in deep sea environment has been filled in. The basic data obtained are of great significance for the development of deep sea equipment in China.
