本文介绍了采用铂金管式电极作为电化学敏感元件的方法和实验,管式电极制作和应用都很简便,有明确的几何特性,测定信号稳定、重现性好、灵敏度高。用交替流通的样液和空白底液的电流差作检测信号可消除背景电流的干扰。用铂金管电极,在磷酸盐缓冲液底液中对铁氰化钾的最低检测量可达1ppb,在0~1000ppb范围内电流和浓度成线性关系。
In this paper, the method and experiment of using platinum tube electrode as electrochemical sensing element are introduced. The fabrication and application of tube electrode are very simple, with definite geometric characteristics, stable signal, good reproducibility and high sensitivity. With the alternate flow of sample solution and the blank end of the current difference between the detection signal to eliminate the background current interference. With platinum tube electrode, the lowest detectable amount of potassium ferricyanide in the phosphate buffer bottom solution can reach 1 ppb, and the current and concentration linearly range from 0 to 1000 ppb.
