本文在对江苏省"三废"排放的现状进行分析并与其他省市进行对比的基础上,建立了江苏省废气、固体废弃物、废水排放量的灰色GM(1,1)模型,并分别对废气、固体废弃物、废水排放量进行预测.结果表明,江苏省"三废"排放量虽然呈增长的态势,但增长速度低于以往的平均增长速度.
