目的探讨经皮穿刺射频温控热凝治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法对住院的105例三叉神经痛患者采用经皮穿刺半月神经节或侧人路行上颌神经、下颌神经射频温控热凝毁损治疗,温度用60℃、65℃、70℃、75℃、80℃、85℃各1次,每次60s。结果105例中,Ⅰ支12例,Ⅱ支45例,Ⅲ支23例,Ⅱ、Ⅲ支同时受累25例。治疗后3个月评定疗效.优效84例(80.0%),良效15例(14.2%),3例经2次治疗后获良效(2.9%);无效者3例(2.9%),包括虽经2次治疗仍有部分疼痛者。总有效率为97.1%。除原疼痛部位有不同程度的感觉减退外,无其他严重、永久并发症。结论采用经皮穿刺射频温控热凝治疗三叉神经痛操作安全,治疗效果良好,具有较高临床实用价值
Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Totally 105 patients with trigeminal neuralgia underwent percutaneous puncture of the maxillary nerve in the semilunar ganglion or the lateral approach and the mandibular nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation and heat treatment were used to treat the patients.
