目的探讨平板运动试验中心脏变时性与晕厥发生的相关性。方法选择平板运动试验时发生晕厥的45例患者,对运动中(A组)和运动后(B组)晕厥的相关原因进行统计分析。结果A组11例运动时发生晕厥的患者均有基础心脏疾病,原因为心脏运动早期、中期变时功能不全;B组34例患者各项检查未见异常,原因为运动停止后心脏变时性不良诱发迷走性晕厥。结论应针对各种心脏变时功能不全的检查者制订相应的平板运动方案,避免晕厥发生。
Objective To investigate the correlation between cardiac variability and syncope in treadmill exercise test. Methods Forty-five patients with syncope during treadmill exercise test were selected for statistical analysis of the causes of syncope in exercise (group A) and after exercise (group B). Results A group of 11 patients with syncope during exercise had basic heart disease due to functional failure of early and mid-term cardiac motion. All 34 patients in group B showed no abnormalities due to cardiac time-varying Bad induced vagal syncope. Conclusions Should be for a variety of heart failure dysfunction of the examiner to develop the corresponding plan of exercise to prevent syncope.
