目前在越来越多的实验工作中需用高纯度的氢、二氧化碳以及氮等,市售的这些气体往往含氧量较高,远不适合工作的要求。许多实验者常推荐活性铜(py-rophore copper)作为吸氧剂使这些气体净化。这种吸氧剂的制备在文献上主要有两法:(1)溶液法:使铜的氨络合物溶液均匀地分布在硅藻土载体上,经由成型、干燥和氢还原而得。(2)沉淀法:使铜盐溶液呈氢氧化铜沉淀且均匀地分布在载体硅藻土上,经由洗涤、成型、干燥和氢还原而得。
At present, more and more experiments need to use high-purity hydrogen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, these gases are often commercially available high oxygen content, far from suitable for work requirements. Many experimenters often recommend the use of py-rophore copper as an oxygen absorber to purify these gases. The preparation of this oxygen absorber in the literature there are two main methods: (1) solution method: the copper ammonia complex solution evenly distributed on the diatomaceous earth carrier, by forming, drying and hydrogen reduction derived. (2) precipitation method: copper hydroxide solution was precipitated copper hydroxide and uniformly distributed on the carrier diatomaceous earth, through the washing, forming, drying and hydrogen reduction derived.
