对多向复合材料(包括单一及混杂纤维复合材料)在室温至150℃温度范围内的热膨胀性能进行研究,推导了热膨胀系数(CTE)的理论计算公式,对零膨胀的多向复合材料的铺层设计进行了探讨,并对部分零膨胀复合材料铺层结构进行了预测,其结果与实验值基本吻合。
The thermal expansion properties of multidirectional composite materials (including single and hybrid fiber composites) were investigated at room temperature to 150 ℃. The theoretical calculation formula of thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) was deduced. The zero expansion composite materials shop Layer design was discussed, and some zero-expansion composite material layer structure was predicted, the results are consistent with the experimental values.
