为了提高糖尿病患者血糖的达标率,缩短患者血糖达标的时间,选择20例糖尿病患者随机分为A、B两组。每组10人,A组为对照组,B组为实验组。A组按传统饮食控制法,B组运用食物血糖生成指数(GI)结合食品交换法,构建糖尿患者食物选择模式,开展营养控制。两组对比,A组血糖达标率为13%,B组血糖达标率为30%。患者从住院到血糖达标的时间A组为(8±1.43)d,B组为(5±0.5)d。结果显示,对糖尿病患者采取饮食干预,可以提高血糖的达标率,缩短血糖达标的时间。
In order to improve the rate of glycemic compliance in patients with diabetes and shorten the time required for patients to achieve blood glucose, 20 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into A and B groups. Each group of 10 people, A group for the control group, B group for the experimental group. A group according to the traditional diet control method, B group using food glycemic index (GI) combined with food exchange method to build diabetes food selection mode, to carry out nutrition control. The two groups, A group of blood glucose compliance rate was 13%, B group blood glucose compliance rate of 30%. Patients from the hospital to the time of blood glucose compliance A group was (8 ± 1.43) d, B group (5 ± 0.5) d. The results showed that dietary interventions for patients with diabetes can improve blood sugar compliance rate and shorten the time of blood glucose compliance.
