本文论述铀矿石堆浸、降低成本、提高效益的问题。讨论了搞好堆浸的决策原则和主要工作,介绍了堆浸技术经济分析、工艺流程选择和治理“三废”的有关方法及要求。认为铀矿床的天然特征和做好铀矿堆浸试验是开展铀矿堆浸的前提;而因地制宜、建好矿堆、确定合适的喷淋、浇灌方式是提高堆浸浸出率的技术关键。文章还就发展堆浸、建立试验和工业生产考核指标、提高堆浸技术水平、采取有效的环保措施,提出了看法和建议。
This article discusses the heap uranium ore leaching, reduce costs and improve efficiency issues. Discussed the principle and major work of making heap leaching decisions, and introduced the relevant methods and requirements of economic analysis of heap leaching technology, process selection and governance of “three wastes”. It is considered that the natural characteristics of uranium deposits and the heap leaching tests of uranium deposits are the prerequisites for heap leaching of uranium deposits. The key to improve the heap leaching rate is to determine the suitable spray and watering methods to build the ore heap according to local conditions. The article also put forward opinions and suggestions on the development of heap leaching, the establishment of testing and industrial production assessment indicators, the improvement of heap leaching technology and effective environmental protection measures.
