目的探讨长期与短期血液透析的尿毒症患者透析前后血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)与C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)等指标的水平变化及相互之间的关系。方法自动生化分析仪测定血红蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐浓度;采用ELISA方法定量测定血清HO-1、IL-6,化学发光法测定CRP,硫代硫巴比妥酸比色法测定MDA。结果长期血透的尿毒症患者透析前HO-1、IL-6血清水平低于短期患者,而其MDA水平高于短期患者;血液透析治疗后上述指标均有明显改变,长期患者血清HO-1水平较透前升高,IL-6水平下降;而短期患者血清HO-1、IL-6水平透析前后无显著改变,两组患者CRP水平均较透前升高,而MDA较透前明显下降。结论随透析时长增加,尿毒症患者血清中HO-1水平呈下降趋势,而氧化应激水平呈上升趋势;血液透析对透析年限长的患者血清HO-1水平升高有明显的促进作用,同时升高CRP水平,对血清MDA起到清除作用,并且透析器对IL-6可能具有一定的吸附作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and lipid peroxisomesin before and after hemodialysis in patients with long- Aldehyde (MDA) and other indicators of the level changes and the relationship between each other. Methods The levels of hemoglobin, urea nitrogen and creatinine were measured by automated biochemical analyzer. Serum levels of HO-1 and IL-6 were measured by ELISA. CRP was determined by chemiluminescence assay and MDA by thiothiobarbituric acid colorimetry. Results Serum levels of HO-1 and IL-6 before dialysis in long-term hemodialysis patients were lower than those in short-term patients, while their MDA levels were higher than those in short-term patients. These indexes were significantly changed after hemodialysis treatment. Serum HO-1 The levels of IL-6 in the serum of short-term patients did not change significantly before and after the dialysis of HO-1 and IL-6, and the levels of CRP in both groups were significantly higher than those before the dialysis . Conclusion With the increase of dialysis duration, the level of HO-1 in the serum of uremia patients decreases and the level of oxidative stress is on the rise. Hemodialysis can obviously promote the increase of serum HO-1 levels in patients with long dialysis duration Increase the level of CRP, clear the serum MDA, and dialyzer may have certain adsorption effect on IL-6.
