他生于1968年。毕业于北京航空航天大学,专业是飞机设计。因为“不安分”,毕业后放弃学校分配的稳定工作,跑到深圳打工,为香港上市公司 HKTOY 设计模具。历任设计师,部门主任,工厂主管……1992年,24岁的他开办了自己的电子工厂,对外加工,并从事多种贸易生意,一次从泰国进口甲鱼,回来却发现,所谓“甲鱼”竟然是海龟!不服输的他没有因为受骗而放弃销售这些“甲鱼”,经过较为详细的市场走访,深入的思考,他想出了“高招”。把海龟冠以“洋甲鱼”的名字在当地媒体进行宣传,作为高档食材销售,临近新年产品全部售出,并且利润丰厚。海龟事件让他明白一个道理,原来生意中的买与卖是有技巧的,他走遍市面上的书店希望得到这方面的理论指导,找到了当时作为教材的《市场学》一书,阅读后深受影响。于是他放弃了小富即安的生活状态,北上“学艺”。师从著名管理大师包政教授,进入人大攻读工商管理硕士学位。几年后,他开始了自己另外的职业生涯——成为一名营销管理咨询师。他就是北京和君营销顾问有限公司董事长程绍珊先生。
