本文借鉴组织传播理论,对引发出版社内编辑与发行之间矛盾的原因进行了研究,并提出了建立正常的编辑与发行的双向型依存关系的思路。
This article draws on the theory of organizational communication, and studies the reasons that lead to the contradiction between the editors and the distributors within the publishing house. It also puts forward the idea of establishing the normal two-way dependency relationship between editing and distribution.
